These terms of service apply to the Sparkify web application (hereinafter referred to as "Application"), developed by Ami.ai (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider").

Agreement to Terms
By using the Application, you agree to these terms. All intellectual property rights in the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Service Description
Sparkify is a web application that uses AI to transform user-submitted text into animated video content. The service does not require account registration.
User Content
You retain ownership of any story text you submit. By submitting content, you grant the Service Provider a temporary, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your video. This content is not stored after generation is complete.
Generated videos contain AI-generated images, audio, and narration. Generated content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use generated videos for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, resale, or inclusion in commercial products or services.
Shared Content
If you share a video, the generated content is stored for up to 3 days and is accessible to anyone with the link. After 3 days, shared content is automatically deleted.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Application for:
- Any illegal purposes or to generate unlawful content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Application's systems
- Interfering with or disrupting the service
- Sending automated or excessive requests
- Reverse engineering the Application
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content generated by AI models.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
Modifications
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
